Pudozh district

The Pudozh district was located in the northeastern part of the Olonets province. It occupied 21 120.25 km² in area, the population was 33 661 people. The district town was Pudozh. Fishing was the most popular craft in the district.
Fishing was very successful for salmon, whitefish, bream, pike, burbot, pike perch and other fish.
